Enkhuizen, March 5 , 2007

Thanks for your usual cooperation.

Referring to our meeting in your company last January, we are glad to sent you
recent pictures of the iris Blue Magic field. The temperature has been extremely
high this winter in Holland, the average temperature in December, January and
February was 6,5 ° Celsius, the normal average temperature for this period is 3,3 ° C.
This has never happened since the temperature registration started about 200 years ago.
Therefore the iris plants are very early growing this spring and rather high already.
As it is already March and the weather is still mild continuously, we do not expect
any cold frost period anymore, so the plants can continue to grow. So far, this only
means that the growing season is very early. It is too early to make any expectations
for the consequences of this growing condition for the harvest results etc.

Moreover, we sent you pictures of the bulbs of crop 2006, which we have in our storage
room reserved for you. Please check.

Ref so called “ ice iris “
We are glad to inform you that we want to supply a sample shipment of ice iris to
you this year. We would like to make a schedule for arrival in September. The bulbs
should be planted immediate after arrival, at the latest two weeks after arrival.
Could you please inform us also your ideas.

Having pleasure to be at your service and looking forward to hearing from you, we beg
to remain with the best regards.

Yours sincerely,
Jan de Wit en Zonen B.V.
